AskPAi Early Access

Terms of Service

Effective 6 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AskPAi, an experimental AI assistant service operated by Exilon S.r.l., an Italian limited liability company (“Exilon,” “AskPAi,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By creating an AskPAi account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Early Access Service

AskPAi is currently provided as an experimental Early Access and demonstration service.

The current Early Access version is provided free of charge.

AskPAi is a persistent AI assistant that operates using cloud infrastructure and may interact with you through supported channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, email and other interfaces.

AskPAi may continue performing permitted tasks while you are not actively interacting with it.

Features, permissions, integrations, limits and functionality may change during Early Access.

We may restrict, modify, suspend or discontinue Early Access functionality where appropriate, including for security, legal, operational or abuse-prevention reasons.

2. Artificial Intelligence

AskPAi uses artificial intelligence models selected and connected by users through a Bring Your Own Key (“BYOK”) model.

AI systems are probabilistic.

AskPAi may:

  • produce inaccurate information;
  • misunderstand instructions;
  • infer an incorrect intention;
  • fail to perform a requested action;
  • perform a permitted action incorrectly;
  • repeat an action;
  • communicate incorrect information;
  • respond incorrectly to malicious or misleading third-party content.

You should independently verify important outputs and actions.

3. Your AI Provider

AskPAi allows users to connect supported third-party AI providers using credentials associated with their own accounts.

When you connect an AI provider, relevant information may be transmitted to that provider so the AI model can process your requests and operate the assistant.

This information may include portions of conversations, persistent memory, information retrieved from connected tools and other context relevant to the task.

Your use of the AI provider is also governed by that provider's own terms, privacy practices, retention policies and billing arrangements.

You are responsible for charges generated through your own AI-provider credentials.

4. Connected Services

AskPAi can integrate with third-party services.

Integration infrastructure currently includes Composio, which is used to enable certain connections with third-party platforms.

Whenever technically possible and appropriate for the functionality being provided, AskPAi seeks to use minimum necessary permissions.

Connectors identified in the AskPAi interface as Read Only are configured to prevent AskPAi from modifying or deleting information through that connector.

The current personal Gmail integration is intended to provide read access rather than permission to modify or delete personal Gmail messages.

Permissions may differ between integrations. You should review the authorization permissions presented when connecting each service.

5. AskPAi Email Accounts

An AskPAi assistant may have its own email address ending in @askpai.com.

Unlike a user's read-only personal Gmail connector, the assistant's own email account may be capable of sending email.

AskPAi-generated emails may contain mistakes, incorrect information or unintended disclosures.

Outgoing automated communications will, where applicable, indicate that they were generated or sent by an AI assistant.

You should not authorize autonomous communications where an incorrect communication could create unacceptable legal, financial, professional, personal or other consequences.

6. Autonomous Actions

AskPAi is designed to be capable of persistent and autonomous operation.

Depending on the tools and permissions you enable, AskPAi may perform certain actions without requesting approval for every individual step.

You are responsible for deciding which accounts, tools and permissions are appropriate to connect to an experimental autonomous AI assistant.

You should provide the minimum authority reasonably necessary for your intended use.

7. Purchases and Financial Authority

Important: the current Early Access version does not provide a universal spending limit or guaranteed transaction-by-transaction approval across external services.

An AI assistant does not need to know your underlying card number in order to cause a transaction.

For example, an external merchant account may already contain a stored payment method. If that account can complete a purchase and AskPAi is given sufficient authority to operate it, AskPAi may be capable of causing a purchase.

AskPAi may misunderstand an instruction, including product, price, quantity or intended spending limit.

For Early Access, we strongly recommend against connecting accounts with unrestricted purchasing authority.

If you choose to test purchasing functionality, you should consider independent limitations such as:

  • dedicated virtual or prepaid cards;
  • low-balance accounts;
  • low spending limits;
  • additional authentication;
  • transaction approval requirements;
  • merchant restrictions;
  • other independent controls provided by your bank, card issuer, merchant or payment provider.

Such controls can reduce risk but cannot guarantee that no unintended transaction will occur.

Never provide AskPAi with financial authority that you are not prepared for the AI to exercise incorrectly.

8. Credentials and Secrets

AskPAi uses technical mechanisms intended to keep supported credentials separate from the AI model and to provide credentials to external services only when required for an authorized operation.

These mechanisms may include credential isolation and credential injection.

These protections apply to credentials stored using designated AskPAi credential or Secrets functionality where supported.

They do not necessarily apply to sensitive information voluntarily sent as ordinary conversational content.

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, seed phrases, recovery codes or other high-value credentials directly through ordinary AskPAi conversations.

9. Security and Prompt Injection

Autonomous AI agents face security risks including prompt injection, malicious content, unauthorized attempts to influence agent behavior, unintended tool use and attempts to cause disclosure of information.

AskPAi implements technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce these risks.

These safeguards may include:

  • restricted permissions;
  • read-only connectors;
  • credential isolation;
  • credential injection;
  • policy enforcement;
  • separation of capabilities;
  • infrastructure hardening;
  • logging and monitoring;
  • connector-level restrictions.

Security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

We do not guarantee that AskPAi will detect or prevent every attack, prompt injection, unintended action, unauthorized access or disclosure.

10. Highly Sensitive Information

The Early Access version is not intended to serve as the primary repository for highly sensitive information.

During Early Access, users should avoid providing or connecting information that is not necessary for the functionality they wish to test, particularly where disclosure could result in substantial financial, legal, personal or professional harm.

11. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use AskPAi lawfully;
  • connect only accounts you are authorized to use;
  • provide only permissions you are authorized to provide;
  • maintain appropriate independent security controls;
  • use minimum necessary permissions;
  • review high-impact actions where appropriate;
  • promptly disconnect services if you suspect unauthorized activity;
  • comply with applicable third-party terms.

You must not use AskPAi to obtain unauthorized access to information, impersonate another person unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute malware or violate applicable law.

12. Third-Party Content and Instructions

Information processed by AskPAi can originate from third parties, including emails, websites, repositories, messages, documents and APIs.

Third-party content should not be assumed to be trustworthy.

It may be false, malicious or specifically constructed to manipulate an AI system.

13. No Professional Advice

AskPAi outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

Where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

14. Availability

As an Early Access service, AskPAi may experience outages, failures, incorrect behavior or data-processing interruptions.

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskPAi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Exilon does not guarantee that AI outputs or actions will be accurate, complete, appropriate, secure, uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exilon S.r.l., its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or relating to use of the Early Access Service, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data or goodwill.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

17. Free Early Access

The fact that AskPAi is currently provided without charge does not mean that the Service is free from risk.

The Early Access program allows users to experiment with AskPAi while its functionality, security controls and safeguards continue to evolve.

You should use the Service accordingly.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account, integration or capability where reasonably necessary to:

  • investigate security problems;
  • prevent abuse;
  • protect users or third parties;
  • comply with applicable law;
  • mitigate an actual or potential incident;
  • protect AskPAi or its infrastructure.

You may stop using AskPAi and disconnect supported integrations at any time.

19. Age

AskPAi Early Access is intended only for persons aged 18 or older.

By using AskPAi, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights applicable under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be waived.

21. Changes to These Terms

AskPAi is evolving during Early Access.

We may update these Terms as the Service, functionality, applicable law or security requirements change.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
